History of the emergence and development of Multicam
The Multicam pattern was developed for the US Army to work in different natural conditions, seasons, and lighting conditions. Adaptability provides a smooth gradient of several shades of brown, lettuce, yellow, and light pink.
The Operational Camouflage Pattern version was used in the US Army uniform for the war in Afghanistan.
