The material used to make the Hot Weather Combat Shirt has a number of unique properties that make it comfortable to use. The fabric is resistant to snags, lint, and unpleasant odors. The knit inserts in the torso, lower back and inner sleeve areas have a special type of stretch - not by adding elastane to the fabric, but by mechanical stretching. The combination of materials increases vapor permeability without losing wear resistance in the stress areas of the sleeves and shoulders, which is very important when working "in the fields".
