Mil-Tec Red Disposable Chemical Lightstick is a compact autonomous source of red light that operates without batteries, rechargeable power sources, or open flame. It is suitable for emergency lighting, signaling, tactical applications, and field use.

The chemical lightstick is capable of providing illumination for up to 12 hours. Chemical light sources, also known as lightsticks, are well known for their simplicity and reliability. They do not generate heat but provide effective illumination in various conditions.

The design allows the lightstick to be hung inside a tent, used for marking routes in darkness, or carried as a portable light source while moving. During group movement, it can also be used to mark the person walking ahead to maintain visual contact.

To activate the lightstick, simply bend the корпус until the inner glass ampoule breaks, then shake it. Mixing the components starts a luminescent chemical reaction that produces steady light without generating heat.

Construction and Features

The body is made of durable plastic and contains an internal glass ampoule filled with chemical reagents and dye. During operation, the Lightstick does not heat up, create sparks, or require any external power source.

The waterproof construction allows the chemical lightstick to be used even in harsh weather conditions or underwater. Its compact dimensions make it easy to carry in a pocket, backpack, or attach to equipment.
