Mil-Tec Blue Disposable Chemical Lightstick is a compact autonomous source of blue light that operates without batteries, rechargeable power sources, or open flame. It is suitable for emergency lighting, signaling, outdoor, and field use.

The Lightstick can provide illumination for up to 12 hours and may be used for route marking, position identification, tent lighting, or as an emergency backup light source.

To activate the lightstick, bend the body until the internal glass ampoule breaks, then shake it. Mixing the chemical components starts a luminescent reaction that produces steady light without generating heat.

Construction and Features

The body is made of durable plastic and contains an internal ampoule with chemical reagents and dye. During operation, the lightstick does not heat up, create sparks, or require any external power source.

The waterproof construction allows the Lightstick to be used in wet environments and even underwater. Its compact size makes it easy to carry in a pocket, backpack, or attach to equipment.
