Taclite® Pro Long Sleeve Shirt is a tactical shirt from 5.11 Tactical®. It is part of the 5.11 Tactical® Taclite® line of tactical clothing and gear. This model is suitable for everyday and military use.

Construction Features

Taclite® Shirt has four chest pockets: two with side entry and two with top entry. The ReadyPocket™ technology for side pockets provides quick access to their contents. The upper pockets have special openings for tactical pens.

The shoulder area has an offset seam along the shoulder, making it more comfortable to wear the shirt with upper clothing and gear carried on the shoulders, such as backpacks, body armor, etc. For better thermoregulation, there is a hidden ventilation insert with mesh inside the upper back, and there are small ventilation openings under the armpits. Fasteners are placed in stress zones of the garment to prevent accidental tearing of the fabric.

This shirt model can be comfortably worn even in hot weather thanks to the strap to secure the rolled-up sleeve. The elbow area is reinforced with an additional layer of fabric for increased durability. The collar holds its shape well and has special buttons on the edges to attach it to the main part of the shirt for a better fit. The reinforced cuffs have two buttons for better fit and adjustment. The buttons are made of melamine, meaning they are resistant to high temperatures: they do not burn, melt, or crack. This shirt model also comes with a set of sewn epaulets with buttons and a patch for attaching a police badge, etc.

Material Advantages

The main fabric is Taclite® Ripstop, which is made from a combination of polyester and cotton. Ripstop woven fabric provides high tear strength and abrasion resistance due to the density of the material and the reinforced thread woven into the fabric.

5.11 Tactical® has eliminated the use of PFAS compounds in its products. This reduces the negative impact on the environment and increases the safety of the products not only for people but also for flora and fauna.
