To activate the lightstick, bend the tube until the internal glass capsule breaks, then shake it. After the chemical compounds mix together, a luminescent reaction begins and produces red light.

Construction and Features

The housing is made of durable plastic and contains an internal glass ampoule filled with chemical reagents and dye. During operation, the chemical lightstick does not generate heat, is safe to use, and requires no additional power source.
