Hot Weather Uniform Shirt is a tactical shirt from the 5.11 Tactical® brand. It is part of the dedicated 5.11 Tactical® Hot Weather apparel line, developed exclusively based on feedback from combat personnel and firearms instructors. The thoughtful cut and advanced materials ensure comfort even in hot weather.

Design features

The Hot Weather shirt has four pockets for carrying essential gear. In the chest area there are two hook-and-loop pockets, as well as two sleeve pockets with zippers. For ease of use with tactical gloves, the zippers are equipped with pullers. Five hook-and-loop panels are provided for identification patches: three on the chest area and two on the sleeve pockets.

Material advantages

The Hot Weather Uniform Shirt is made from Flex-Tac® MultiCam® Ripstop fabric. It features mechanical stretch, meaning no elastane is used, which increases durability. The Ripstop weave includes reinforced fibers that provide high tear strength and abrasion resistance. Under the arms and on the sides are knit inserts made from cotton combined with nylon (Cordura®). These improve airflow and enhance cooling performance.

Both materials feature the original MultiCam® pattern, which retains color well and resists fading under UV exposure. To reduce visual signature, all components of the garment, including hook-and-loop panels, are color-matched to the main fabric.

The 5.11 Tactical® company has eliminated PFAS compounds from its products. This reduces environmental impact and increases safety for both people and nature.
