The basic model of the U-WIN tactical system is the best choice for professional use.

This model can be equipped with a ballistic package U-WIN level 2, covering the entire area of the product.

Main material: specialized licensed Cordura 1000D fabric.

The material consists of polyamide fiber, which is 4 times stronger than similar nylon fibers. Thanks to this, Cordura fabric is highly resistant to mechanical damage and abrasion, making it ideal for use in extreme conditions.

Cordura has a water-repellent coating and two layers of polyurethane coating on the reverse side. The fabric repels water and lubricants, while allowing vapor and air to pass through, which is important for equipment worn around the clock.

Cordura fully retains its properties at temperatures up to 85°C. Melting temperature: 210-245°C.

Cordura does not crack in the cold, does not let water and lubricants through, does not glow in night vision devices.

Cordura can also be washed.

Materials:

• Original Cordura 1000D (Brookwood, USA): The fabric has NIR impregnation (does not glow in night vision devices), double polyurethane impregnation for repelling water and lubricants, does not support combustion, does not fade in the sun, and does not wear out. Thanks to the patented Invista fiber, it has increased strength and wear resistance, and retains its properties in extreme operating conditions.
• Reinforced TYTAN threads from 100% solid polyester silk: They are highly resistant to tearing and chemical and mechanical factors.
• Wear-resistant polyamide tactical mesh: It is not damaged by Velcro, has a high melting temperature, and lasts no less than the main fabric.
• Original 2M fittings (Italy).
• High-quality polyamide rubber bands: They are highly durable and wear-resistant.
• Velcro Alfatex (Belgium): It has a dense layer of hooks and loops that retain their properties during prolonged use in extreme conditions.
• Polyamide straps: They are highly durable, wear-resistant, and have a high melting temperature.

• Chest fixation with Velcro strap, allowing smooth adjustment of the system to the chest volume, the absence of a buckle prevents inconvenience when using with a plate carrier.
• Zigzag seams on MOLLE.

• Increased belt structure strength due to modification of the rear valve.

• All MOLLE cells are made of Cordura fabric, sewn and fixed with zigzag seams along the entire width of the straps.

• Size M: length 85 cm (18 rows of MOLLE on the belt). The belt is adjustable from 85 to 130 cm.
• Size L: length 100 cm (22 rows of MOLLE on the belt). The belt is adjustable from 100 to 150 cm.
