Base model RPS U-WIN - the optimal solution for professional use.

The model can be equipped with a ballistic package U-WIN 2nd class protection over the entire product area.

Main material: specialized licensed Cordura 500D.

At the base of this material is a polyamide fiber, which is 4 times stronger than other similar nylon fibers. Thanks to this, Cordura fabric is resistant to any mechanical impact and abrasion, making it ideal for extreme operating conditions.

Cordura has a moisture-resistant impregnation and two layers of polyurethane coating on the reverse side. The fabric repels water and oily substances, while allowing vapor and air to pass through, which is very relevant for gear worn around the clock.

Cordura retains its properties completely at temperatures up to 85°C. Melting temperature is 210-245°C.

Cordura does not crack in the cold, does not allow water and oily substances to pass through, and does not shine in night vision devices.

Cordura can even be washed.

Materials:

• Original Cordura 500D (Weber, Germany). The fabric has NIR impregnation (does not shine in night vision devices - video with test, double polyurethane impregnation to repel water and oily substances, non-flammable, does not fade in the sun, does not wear out. Thanks to the patented fiber Invista - it has increased strength and wear resistance, as well as retains its properties for a long time in extreme operating conditions. • Reinforced threads TYTAN made of 100% continuous polyester silk. They are characterized by high tear strength and resistance to chemical and mechanical factors. Video comparing threads and seams.
• Wear-resistant nylon tactical mesh. Not damaged by Velcro, has a high melting temperature, and will serve no less than the main fabric. Video comparing tactical mesh and 3D mesh.
• Original 2M hardware (Italy).
• High-strength and wear-resistant nylon elastics.
• Velcro Alfatex (Belgium). Has a dense layer of hooks and loops that retain their properties for a long time in extreme conditions.
• Nylon straps. Have high tensile strength, wear resistance, and high melting temperature.

The base model RPS U-WIN is available in two sizes: M and L.

• Size M: length 85 cm. (18 rows of Molle on the belt). The belt is adjustable from 85 to 130 cm.
• Size L: length 100 cm. (22 rows of Molle on the belt). The belt is adjustable from 100 to 150 cm.
