Competition PrimaLoft® are insulated tactical gloves designed to protect hands from cold during outdoor activities. They are useful not only for military personnel, but also for hunters and anyone working with firearms. The brand also offers this model without insulation, namely 5.11 Tactical® Competition Shooting 2.0 Gloves.

Construction Features and Materials

The Competition PrimaLoft® model is made of a combination of nylon fabric on the back side and polyurethane synthetic suede on the palm. Inside the gloves, there is a fleece lining that is soft to the touch and provides good warmth retention. Neoprene overlays protect the hand bones from potential damage.

For better thermal insulation, a high-quality insulation PrimaLoft® Gold is added to the back side. It consists of the thinnest hollow fibers that resemble down in their structure.

Certification

For professional hand protection, it is recommended to use certified gloves. Such products can provide protection for hands and fingers in critical situations.
