Boonie Hat is a tactical boonie from the brand 5.11 Tactical®. This model is suitable for both civilian and military use. The material has a rugged texture, allowing the boonie to be worn not only in summer, but also in the shoulder seasons.
Construction Features
The boonie is cut from four panels, providing a strong and flexible shape. There are ventilation holes on the outside for better cooling and a special strap for attaching camouflage elements, such as a camouflage net.
Inside, around the perimeter of the boonie, there is a strip that absorbs moisture and provides a comfortable fit. Also, to securely hold the boonie on the head during strong winds, there is a special cord with a stopper.
Material Advantages
The boonie is made of TDU Ripstop material, which is created from a combination of polyester and cotton. Ripstop combined weaving with reinforced thread has high tensile strength and abrasion resistance.
5.11 Tactical® has eliminated the use of PFAS compounds in its products. This reduces the negative impact on the environment and increases the safety of the goods not only for people, but also for flora and fauna.
