Shoe Clean spray combines a means for cleaning and caring for shoes. It effectively dissolves impurities, moisturizes the skin and protects it from drying out. It can be used to clean shoes with and without a Gore-Tex® membrane, all types of natural and synthetic leather.

Water Stop Pro spray is a special spray designed to impregnate shoes and, as a result, protect them from water and dirt. It is suitable for all types of natural and synthetic leather, as well as products with Gore-Tex® and other climate membranes, including shoes with textile or nylon inserts.

Active Cream neutral is intended for the care of boots with and without a Gore-Tex® membrane. It allows you to maintain water-repellent properties without clogging the skin pores. Thanks to the cream, the leather remains moisturized and elastic, which increases the service life of the boots. Suitable for shoes of any color.

Warranty and care

The company PROF1Group® is the sole official distributor of the LOWA® Task Force (Professional) footwear line in Ukraine since 2005 (link to the official Lowa® website). All LOWA® footwear comes with a warranty against manufacturing defects. If defects are found during use, you need to:

• write an email to [email protected];
• send a photo of the defect and your order number (or a purchase receipt from our retail stores).

The warranty period is 3 months from the date of purchase (considering the seasonality of the footwear according to the current Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”).

The warranty does not cover defects and damages caused by negligent or improper use of the footwear (drying near an open heat source, etc.).
