The Care Set Black by LOWA consists of Water Stop Pro (125ml), Active Creme black (75ml) and a care brush.

The Water Stop Pro impregnates and protects all materials effectively against water, oil and dirt. It is suitable for Gore-Tex® and for leather and textile materials.

The Active Creme is the ideal intensive wax care for all leisure shoes as well as climbing and hiking boots. It keeps the leather supple over the long term and prevents drying out and brittleness when used regularly.

The Care Brush by LOWA is a high-quality horsehair brush with a genuine wooden body and indentations on the side for a better grip. It is perfectly suited for removing dirt, cleaning shoes, and working wax care products into the leather.

The combination of these three care products offers the perfect protection for your LOWA shoes.

Warranty and care

The company PROF1Group® is the sole official distributor of the LOWA® Task Force (Professional) footwear line in Ukraine since 2005 (link to the official Lowa® website). All LOWA® footwear comes with a warranty against manufacturing defects. If defects are found during use, you need to:

• write an email to [email protected];
• send a photo of the defect and your order number (or a purchase receipt from our retail stores).

The warranty period is 3 months from the date of purchase (considering the seasonality of the footwear according to the current Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”).

The warranty does not cover defects and damages caused by negligent or improper use of the footwear (drying near an open heat source, etc.).
