Explore Primaloft® Jacket – is a demi-season jacket from the 5.11 Tactical® brand. It can be used as a basic jacket or as a thermal jacket under a moisture-proof layer. This model is suitable for all representatives of the Security and Defense Forces for everyday and operational use.

Design features

The Explore jacket has four pockets for storing essential gear. There are two zippered pockets at the bottom to keep your hands warm on a chilly day. There is a pocket on the left chest area that can hold a smartphone or tactical notebook. There is also an internal pocket for documents or electronics.

The deep hood is equipped with an elastic band to protect against precipitation, and the lower edge is adjusted with an elastic cord with a stopper. There is a Velcro panel on the left sleeve for attaching identification marks (patches).

Advantages of materials

The outer layer is made of polyester, and high-quality PrimaLoft® Gold is used as insulation. Its structure consists of the finest hollow fibers, which in their structure resemble down. Also, to maintain optimal body temperature and protect against overheating, zonal insulation is used: the body is 80 g/m2, and the sleeves and hood are 60 g/m2.)
