Bronyx® 6th class protection according to DSTU 8782:2018 - this is a ballistic plate with the highest level of ballistic protection from the brand Bronyx®.

This model is certified and according to test results protects against:

• 7B3-323 (7.62x54 BZ2)
• fragments of various sizes, shrapnel, and ricochets

The composite is formed by combining ceramic elements (SiC, silicon carbide) and a pressed UHMWPE backing. Each material in the composite is designed to perform a specific function when hit by a bullet.

The ceramic layer destroys the penetrating element of the bullet (thermally strengthened core), while the UHMWPE backing prevents bullet remnants from penetrating through the ballistic plate. Additionally, UHMWPE retains most of the energy from impact and evenly distributes it.

The Shooter's Cut plate shape has beveled corners and convenient curvature in one plane according to standard R400 (radius 400 mm).

Attention!

If the plate carrier does not have a damping pad between the chest and the ballistic plate, it is recommended to install it additionally. It is placed under the ballistic plate directly in the bulletproof vest cover. The damping pad helps reduce the obstructive deformation that occurs when elements of impact with high energy hit.
