A/T™ BOA® Lite - is a tactical boots by the 5.11 Tactical® brand. This model is suitable for use both in the city and outside. The boots are part of the 5.11 Tactical® A/T™ line of high-tech footwear.
All Terrain Load Assistance System
A/T™ or A.T.L.A.S. - is a technology designed to manage weight distribution, reducing stress and fatigue in the legs when carrying heavy loads. It consists of the following elements:
- Ortholite® - insole
- A.T.L.A.S. - removable inner insert for better cushioning and stability
- 5.11 Tactical® Echo Lite - polyurethane foam midsole:
- Force Foam™ - located in the heel area and absorbs shocks during movement
- Echo Foam™ - located in the forefoot and is responsible for cushioning
Design features and materials
The outer part of the sneaker is made of a combination of mesh and 3D TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane). Mesh has a high abrasion resistance, provides ventilation and reduces the weight of the shoe. The 3D TPU overlays protect the foot and increase the service life of the shoe. The patented BOA® Fit System is used for lacing. It allows you to quickly and comfortably fix your foot in the boots.
All-day comfort is ensured by A.T.L.A.S. technology, which consists of a footbed, an internal cushioning insert and a dual-density midsole. The outsole was created in collaboration with 5.11 Tactical® x Vibram® and thanks to its aggressive tread pattern provides good traction on various surfaces. It is ASTM certified and is not vulnerable to the effects of fuels and lubricants, as well as slip-resistant on slippery surfaces.
