This is a very useful pouch, and is it an amazingly simple idea, yet I have not seen anything similar. It is made for a pair of trauma shears, but works well for Sharpies and things of that nature. I have several of them--on my "battle belt," on my aid bags, and anyplace else where I might want to be able to grab for a pair of scissors. I often give these as presents to fellow medics--they are the kind of thing that you don't realize how much you needed it until you have one!

Excellent tourniquet case. It has the same design as the North American Rescue tourniquet case used by the US military. In comparison, I find it somewhat easier to fit a CAT tourniquet into. In comparison to the other Ukrainian-made similar product that I know of, it has a better MOLLE attachment strap and a less obtrusive "TQ" label. I'm sure that I have purchased and distributed many, many dozens of this tourniquet cases, and I use them myself.
