The insoles are intended for LOWA military shoes of the TASK FORCE series (the same line of shoes that our company represents). The dimensions of the insole correspond to the "LOWA" size grid.

This means that all our shoes are imported to Ukraine with the payment of all taxes and fees, and our company bears all the obligations to consider warranty cases, provided that the shoes are purchased from us or our dealers.
Carefully! Beware of fakes. Cheap LOWA fakes have appeared on the market, which are similar visually, but without any LOWA markings.
Warranty and care
The company PROF1Group® is the sole official distributor of the LOWA® Task Force (Professional) footwear line in Ukraine since 2005 (link to the official Lowa® website). All LOWA® footwear comes with a warranty against manufacturing defects. If defects are found during use, you need to:
- write an email to [email protected];
- send a photo of the defect and your order number (or a purchase receipt from our retail stores).
The warranty period is 3 months from the date of purchase (considering the seasonality of the footwear according to the current Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”).
The warranty does not cover defects and damages caused by negligent or improper use of the footwear (drying near an open heat source, etc.).

Shipping and payment
Information about sending orders:
- orders are sent within Ukraine by the logistics company Nova Poshta
- delivery time from the moment of ordering is on average 2-3 days (and up to 5 days if the product is in a remote warehouse)
- shipping days for orders are from Monday to Saturday
- fragile items (glasses, mugs, etc.) are securely packaged in bubble wrap with a "Caution Fragile" mark on the box
