The new LOWA Shoe Clean Boot Cleaning Spray combines cleaning with additional care! It dissolves soiling effectively, moisturises the leather and thus protects it from drying out. Made from 90% natural ingredients, this protective boot care spray is almost completely free of raw chemical materials, relying instead on the cleaning power of natural bamboo extract. LOWA Shoe Clean is suitable for all smooth leather and suede shoes and boots, as well as combinations of textile materials. Warranty and care

The company PROF1Group® is the sole official distributor of the LOWA® Task Force (Professional) footwear line in Ukraine since 2005 (link to the official Lowa® website). All LOWA® footwear comes with a warranty against manufacturing defects. If defects are found during use, you need to:

• write an email to [email protected];
• send a photo of the defect and your order number (or a purchase receipt from our retail stores).

The warranty period is 3 months from the date of purchase (considering the seasonality of the footwear according to the current Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”).

The warranty does not cover defects and damages caused by negligent or improper use of the footwear (drying near an open heat source, etc.).

Shipping and payment

Information about sending orders:

• orders are sent within Ukraine by the logistics company Nova Poshta
• delivery time from the moment of ordering is on average 2-3 days (and up to 5 days if the product is in a remote warehouse)
• shipping days for orders are from Monday to Saturday
• fragile items (glasses, mugs, etc.) are securely packaged in bubble wrap with a "Caution Fragile" mark on the box
