Tactical 5 is a sleeping bag from the brand Sturm Mil-Tec®. The comfort temperature in this model is around 0°C, making it suitable for use in the shoulder seasons and winter. Thanks to the combination of materials and design features, the Tactical 5 Sleeping Bag will be useful for military personnel, hunters, fishermen, and all outdoor enthusiasts.

Design Features

This model has a mummy construction, which envelops the body evenly, providing optimal heat retention. The zipper is located on the right side and has additional velcro closures for extra protection against accidental opening. Inside, there is a mosquito net that, when installed on the hood, protects against insects. Around the face opening, there is a drawstring to adjust the fit of the sleeping bag in the head area. A compression sack is included for easy transportation and protection of the sleeping bag from moisture.

Materials Used in the Tactical 5 Sleeping Bag

The main material is high-quality and durable nylon. This fabric is used for the outer shell and lining of the sleeping bag. Nylon ensures a longer lifespan of the products due to its resistance to tears, punctures, and more. To protect the fabric from environmental influences, a Teflon® coating from DuPont™ is applied. This treatment prevents moisture penetration, staining, dirt accumulation, and fading due to UV exposure.

The Thermolite® insulation with a density of 300 g/m2 helps retain heat even on chilly days. This lightweight thermal insulation material retains its properties even when wet. Additionally, Thermolite® provides comfort during sleep as it is quite soft.

For protection, the sleeping bag comes with a compression sack, also made of nylon with a polyurethane coating. This coating increases durability and provides protection against moisture.

Care Instructions:

For long-term storage, it is best to keep the sleeping bag unpacked from the compression sack. We recommend folding it into a large bag or hanging it in a closet.
