Each of the three sides has a different kind of brush on it; the rubber side to remove scratches and dirt from the leather. With the rubber/Nubuck brush you can nap the leather to restore the finish or clean a nubuk leather. With the suede brush (plastic and metal) you can nap or clean a suede leather (Do not use the metal brush on stitching).

Warranty and care
The company PROF1Group® is the sole official distributor of the LOWA® Task Force (Professional) footwear line in Ukraine since 2005 (link to the official Lowa® website). All LOWA® footwear comes with a warranty against manufacturing defects. If defects are found during use, you need to:
- write an email to [email protected];
- send a photo of the defect and your order number (or a purchase receipt from our retail stores).
The warranty period is 3 months from the date of purchase (considering the seasonality of the footwear according to the current Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”).
The warranty does not cover defects and damages caused by negligent or improper use of the footwear (drying near an open heat source, etc.).

Shipping and payment
Information about sending orders:
- orders are sent within Ukraine by the logistics company Nova Poshta
- delivery time from the moment of ordering is on average 2-3 days (and up to 5 days if the product is in a remote warehouse)
- shipping days for orders are from Monday to Saturday
- fragile items (glasses, mugs, etc.) are securely packaged in bubble wrap with a "Caution Fragile" mark on the box
