Gift certificate of the military stores network PROF1Group® provides the opportunity to purchase goods in network of branded retail stores and branded online store.

After ordering, the Buyer will receive a physical copy of the gift certificate (hereinafter the "Certificate") by mail, which can be used to pay for goods. The Certificate must be presented at the cash register of the retail store or contact an employee of the internet department and follow their instructions. The number of Certificates for payment of one purchase is unlimited, the denominations of several Certificates can be summed up.

Rules for using the Certificate

1. The validity period of the Certificate is 12 months from the date of realization (purchase).
2. The Certificate cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. The Certificate can be used in the network of branded retail stores or in the internet store of the company PROF1Group® exclusively for purchasing goods.
4. The gift certificate is not personalized, but is a bearer Certificate. Any person (individual or legal entity) using a Certificate of any denomination can purchase goods sold by the company PROF1Group®.
5. In case of loss of the Certificate, it is not subject to restoration. The bearer Certificate prevents the identification of the actual owner of the lost Certificate.
6. In case of damage to the Certificate, it is necessary to present the purchase receipt of the Certificate to confirm the denomination.
7. To purchase goods using the Certificate in the network of branded retail stores, it is necessary to inform the store manager, present and hand over the Certificate directly at the cash register when paying for the goods.
8. To purchase goods using the Certificate in the branded online store, it is necessary to contact an employee of the internet department and follow their instructions.
9. The denomination of the Certificate can be used only once to pay for the cost of one or several goods, which are processed by one fiscal receipt or paid by one payment. The denomination of the Certificate cannot be divided. After purchasing the goods, the denomination of the certificate is considered fully used.
10. If the amount of one fiscal receipt or one payment exceeds the denomination of the Certificate, the difference must be paid. If the amount of the fiscal receipt or one payment is less than the denomination of the Certificate, the difference is not refunded.
