4 Side Slide First Aid Kit is a first aid kit pouch developed by UTactic® specialists in collaboration with the Genetics of Survival project and combat medics of special units. It is designed primarily for use by operational units working in complex tactical conditions and requiring quick access to the contents of the first aid kit.

Design Features

The main advantage of the 4 Side Slide First Aid Kit is the ability to quickly extract the contents of the first aid kit from any position and in any direction, distinguishing it from regular first aid kit pouches. This model allows for quick self-use by the fighter and mutual assistance by other unit members.

The design allows for retrieving the internal insert with the first aid kit contents to the left, right, up, and down. Its dimensions are suitable for equipping with the most common medical supplies used in providing pre-hospital care.

On the external part of the pouch, there are elastic bands for attaching additional medical supplies. There is also a wide velcro panel on the outside for attaching identification marks and an additional band to secure a tourniquet. The inner part of the pouch (insert) has bands for securing scissors, gloves, chemical light, and a marker.

Material of the pouch

The main fabric is Cordura® 500D with a polyurethane coating inside. This material is quite durable, which increases the product's service life. This fabric also has an anti-infrared (NIR) coating on the outside, providing invisibility in night vision devices. The straps and velcro are made of high-quality nylon that does not lose its elasticity over time, ensuring the product's maximum reliability.
