Wehrmacht and Luftwaffe's Cloak (German Air Force), model 1934. It was used both by private soldiers and officers throughout the Second World War in all KK fronts and theaters of military operations. I entered the regular field equipment of military personnel of the Armed Forces of Germany. In the likeness of the Wehrmacht raincoat, the cloak tents of most European armies were created and used until the end of the 20th century. The Wehrmacht’s cloak and the Luftwaffe (German Air Force) of 1934 can be used both for personal protection from bad weather and for equipment of group tents of any size. A raincoat-tent has a triangular shape and double-sided buttons along the entire perimeter, which allows you to stack many cape-tents together and create tents of any capacity according to the principle of “Puzzle”. Latka uses wide metal grommets that are located at the edges. The waterproof effect of the cloak-tent fabric was achieved by using a fabric with a special tightly pressed viscous thread, which allows to reduce the capillary gap between the threads and prevent water penetration. The cloak has two sides that are dyed in different shades of camouflage. One side is designed for summer, the other for the autumn-spring period.
