Ganzo G807 is a versatile knife designed to be always at hand. It can handle any task - opening a box, cutting fruits and vegetables or chopping wood chips for kindling.

The blade material is 8CR14 high-carbon and high-chrome stainless steel with a hardness of 57-58 HRC. It is well balanced in terms of strength, cutting and corrosion resistance. The grip pads are made of thermoplastic rubber, a synthetic polymer that has the properties of rubber and plastic. In gloves, it is used as a layer that protects the hand from impact because it can absorb and dissipate impact energy.
