Frameless Soft Stretcher with Integrated Pouch

The frameless soft stretcher with an integrated pouch and attachment to the MOLLE interface of a plate carrier, backpack, or belt provides a lightweight and compact solution for safely transporting the wounded.

Main Features:

• The pouch with the folded stretcher is secured with two reliable plastic quick releases. To use it, simply pull the handle upwards.
• The quick releases are attached to the MOLLE interface of the plate carrier, backpack, or belt, starting from the MOLLE webbing on the stretcher. After threading the plastic fasteners along the entire length, the top retainers should clamp the top MOLLE webbing to ensure secure fixation.
• The zipper on the pouch quickly opens when the outer tab is pulled down.
• The stretcher has 6 comfortable plastic handles that reduce the pressure of the weight in the hand. The handles are reinforced at the connection points with the main canvas with three zigzag stitches at each connection point.
• Two 50 mm wide straps are provided to secure the wounded person, which can be quickly adjusted with velcro and fastened with buckles.
• The pouch for the stretcher is integrated, so it will not be lost during evacuation.

Folding Process:

1. Fold the main canvas three times along the short side towards the bag.
2. Tightly roll the canvas towards the pouch.
3. Wrap the stretcher with the integrated pouch and close it with the zipper, leaving the tab for easy opening on the outside.

Materials:

• Rip-resistant Nylon 6.6 with a density of 500D with polyurethane coating. The fabric can be machine washed at temperatures up to 30 degrees. The fabric cleans well and can be reused multiple times.
• Reinforced TYTAN threads made of 100% solid polyester silk. They are characterized by high tensile strength and resistance to chemical and mechanical factors.
• Original 2M (Italy) fittings.
• Polyamide webbing. They have high strength, wear resistance, and a high melting temperature.
