Damage resulting from or contributed to by accident, misuse, abuse, alteration or improper care or maintenance is not covered by this warranty. All warranty claims of any nature are barred if the product has been altered or in any way physically changed, or subjected to abuse, misuse, negligence, accident improper care or maintenance.
