ESS® Influx™ AVS Goggle Terrain Tan is a professional ballistic protective goggle system with interchangeable lenses and adjustable ventilation, designed for military, tactical, shooting and field use. One of the key features of the model is the patented AVS™ (Adjustable Ventilation System), which allows the user to adjust airflow inside the goggles and helps reduce lens fogging.

ESS® Influx™ comes with two interchangeable 3 mm polycarbonate lenses — a Clear lens and a Smoke Grey lens. The goggle design is optimized for use with protective helmets and night vision devices, while the adjustable elastic retention strap helps provide a secure fit for the individual user and their equipment.

AVS™ — Adjustable Ventilation to Help Reduce Fogging

The patented AVS™ (Adjustable Ventilation System) allows the user to adjust airflow according to operating conditions. A dedicated Influx RotoClip™ mechanism is positioned at the top of the goggles and allows the lens position to be changed quickly.

In the open position, additional ventilation gaps are created between the lens and the goggle body. This increases airflow and helps reduce moisture buildup inside the goggles. It is particularly useful during intense movement, training and extended use of protective equipment.

If conditions change and additional protection against dust or small particles is required, the lens can be quickly returned to the closed position. The mechanism is designed to allow the adjustment to be made quickly and with minimal noise.

OpFoam — Protection Against Dust and Sand

Ventilation openings around the perimeter of the ESS® Influx™ feature protective inserts made from OpFoam. This foam material helps limit the entry of dust, sand and other small particles into the goggles while maintaining airflow.

The combination of OpFoam and the AVS™ system allows ventilation to be adapted to different conditions — from high-intensity physical activity to use in dusty environments.

3 mm Polycarbonate Lenses

The interchangeable ESS® Influx™ lenses are made from 3 mm impact-resistant polycarbonate. This construction provides the mechanical strength required for professional protective eyewear while maintaining a wide field of view.

Two lenses for different lighting conditions are included:

• Clear Influx™ — a clear lens for indoor environments, low-light conditions and nighttime use;
• Smoke Grey Influx™ — a tinted lens for bright daylight conditions.

ESS® ClearZone™ FlowCoat

The lenses feature the proprietary ESS® ClearZone™ FlowCoat, designed to improve the performance and durability of protective eyewear. The coating helps increase scratch resistance on the outside of the lens while helping reduce fogging on the inside.

Combined with the adjustable AVS™ ventilation system, the coating helps maintain a clear field of view during physical activity and changing temperature conditions.

100% UVA and UVB Protection

The lenses provide 100% protection against UVA and UVB radiation. This is especially important during extended outdoor use and exposure to intense sunlight.

Compatible with Protective Helmets and Night Vision Devices

The shape and construction of the ESS® Influx™ AVS Goggle are designed for use with various types of protective helmets and night vision devices. The low-profile design helps integrate the goggles into a personal protective equipment system without unnecessary bulk.

The elastic retention strap is adjustable to the user's head size and features movable attachment points on the goggle body. This allows the angle and fit to be adjusted according to the shape of the helmet. The strap can also be quickly detached from the goggles when required.
