5.11 Tactical® Acadia Down Jacket is a lightweight hooded down jacket designed for everyday use during transitional seasons and winter. It is the first 5.11 Tactical® down jacket insulated with 100% natural down rated at 750 fill power. The outer fabric features a DWR water-repellent treatment that helps protect the material from precipitation.

The quilted construction combines the thermal insulation of natural down with a low overall jacket weight. The Acadia Down Jacket features a regular fit, hood, elasticated cuffs and adjustable hem, while the included storage sack allows the jacket to be packed compactly for transport.

750 Fill Power Natural Down

The jacket uses 100% natural down rated at 750 fill power as insulation. It provides effective heat retention at a low weight, making the Acadia Down Jacket comfortable for everyday use in cold weather.

The amount of down insulation varies depending on the part of the jacket:

Materials and DWR Water-Repellent Treatment

The outer shell of the Acadia Down Jacket is made from Plain Weave 100% polyester fabric weighing 47 g/m². The material features a DWR water-repellent treatment that helps protect the fabric from precipitation.

The lining is also made from 100% polyester Plain Weave fabric, weighs 60 g/m² and features a DWR treatment.

Functional Construction and 4 Pockets

The center front zipper features an internal storm flap and a protective chin guard. The hood edge, cuffs and hem feature elastic elements, while the lower hem can be adjusted with an elastic drawcord.

The construction includes 4 pockets. The right chest pocket features a media port for routing an earphone cable and carrying a smartphone. A concealed zippered pocket inside the jacket provides storage for documents or small EDC items.

Compact Transport

The 5.11 Tactical® Acadia Down Jacket comes with a dedicated storage sack. It allows the down jacket to be packed compactly in a backpack or vehicle trunk. The jacket also features a hanging loop for convenient storage.
