Terra Expedition S is a compass for experienced adventurers from the Silva® brand. This model belongs to the Terra series - products made from recycled materials that reduce carbon footprint by 90% compared to typical manufacturing technology. The protective cover and rotating ring are made of REVO material.

This compass features a mirror that allows you to simultaneously see the compass dial and the background. The ability to see the compass dial at the same time as the sighting line is aligned makes mirrored compasses more suitable for accurate orientation. The mirror-sighting compass works best in open terrain where direction needs to be determined over long distances.

It can be used with maps at scales of 1:25000, 1:50000, and has measuring scales in millimeters and inches, as well as a GPS scale. The protective neck lanyard is equipped with a scale, so you can use it for more precise route measurement. The built-in magnifier will help you examine small details on the map.
