Optac™ A-VIS is an analog camera for drones from MOHOC®. It can be installed on UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles), FPV drones, reconnaissance drones, and kamikaze drones. This model operates in the visible light spectrum (400-750 nm) and provides real-time color video transmission.

What is MOHOC® Optac™ used for?

The main task of Optac™ is to detect, acquire, track, and engage targets. It can be used in situations where high reliability is required at a minimum cost. The camera can be quickly integrated into a system using a “plug and play” principle, reducing the time required for preparation.

What is the difference between the Optac™ A-VIS and Optac™ A-NF models?

A-VIS features a fixed IR filter for operation in the visible spectrum (400-750 nm), ensuring accurate color reproduction during daytime and twilight missions.

A-NF is optimized for nighttime flights thanks to its sensitivity to near-infrared light (400-1000+ nm). It comes with a filter cap that allows switching between daytime color mode and nighttime imaging with IR illumination.
