Features and description of the first line demining kit

• This set is intended for servicemen and employees of the State Emergency Service, who perform tasks related to demining and organizing passages in mine barriers.
• The mine probe small consists of a handle with a collet, a clamping nut and the working part of a non-magnetic probe-probe. As part of the probe, it is possible to use probe probes made of different materials, depending on the conditions and specifics of the work being performed.
• The ergonomics of the small probe allows you to work at the lower level (on your knees and lying down), both with one hand and with two, which is dictated by the characteristics of the soil properties of the Central European zone, as well as the climate. The clamping collet ensures uniform holding of the probe-probe along its entire length, which allows you to shorten the working part during the search and calibrate the search depth. The tip of the working part of the probe-probe is treated with a compound to exclude current conduction and to protect against "snapper traps" and a number of switches of various film and membrane designs. This coating is prone to wear and needs periodic renewal. Control of coating wear is carried out visually and with the help of a multimeter.
• The device for removing (activating) tension and break sensors of the target by the trawling method is a prefabricated product made of structural plastic with improved mechanical properties. The product was designed taking into account the specifics of its application. Design features allow the product to slide through grass, branches and bushes, while minimizing the number of snags and efforts. Calibrated grooves allow you to confidently capture all materials from which tension sensors of the target are made: kapron cord, fishing line, fishing cord, steel wire from the sapper kits of the former USSR. There is also a confident capture of the breakaway electrical sensors of the target: MPE-72, MPE-92 and control command lines laid by the MGTF bifilar. Also, the weight and size parameters allow you to shoot the product from a mortar nozzle (Balkan tumbler) with an ejector cartridge from almost any small arms or line launcher. The ability to shoot the product at a distance of up to 120 meters allows you to significantly increase the efficiency of making passages in an open area. In the event of fire contact with the enemy, this method of firing allows the operator to remain in cover while trawling the area. The version for the DSNS is distinguished by the presence of grooves in the product and pins welded into the mortar, which make it impossible to throw hand grenades and exclude the mortar + line gun kit from the category of weapons. The product has an attached cord - a shock leader of special strength against abrasion and tearing. For military units performing special tasks, the product is supplied in black. For the State Emergency Service and demining organizations, the product has red inserts that facilitate the search in the area.
• The red marker pegs are a 200mm long profile-corner, with an arrow in the upper part — a direction indicator to the detected GNP. The direction indicator also contains fluorescent paint, which allows for several hours after dark to clearly see the direction indicators on the terrain. When illuminated with a flashlight, the stakes are clearly visible from a distance of at least 10 meters. According to the rules, the marker-pointer is placed at a distance of 30 cm from the identified GNP. This innovation makes it possible to completely exclude the undermining of the GNP of another employee who did not place a marker. Additional directional flags (red and white, respectively) allow you to indicate the directions to the safe zone and the unexplored zone.

The direction indicator also contains fluorescent paint, which allows for several hours after dark to clearly see the direction indicators on the terrain. When illuminated with a flashlight, the stakes are clearly visible from a distance of at least 10 meters. According to the rules, the pointer marker is placed along the center line. Additional direction indicator flags (red and white, respectively) allow you to indicate directions to a safe area and an area that is unsurveyed or contains GNP.
