The HTA Exterminator is a gun cleaner for removing copper deposits and fouling in the barrel. It is suitable for all weapons and has a dropper cap for easy application.
Usage:
- Before cleaning, use any degreaser to remove tough dirt such as sand, dirt, etc
- Wet the patch with Exterminator
- Pull the moistened patch with a ramrod through the barrel several times
- Let it sit for 5-15 minutes, depending on the degree of contamination
- Put the Exterminator on a synthetic or aluminum brush (as the copper will react with the Exterminator) and pull it through the barrel
- Then pull the dry patch through the barrel
- Repeat the procedure until the barrel is completely clean
- After cleaning, lubricate the barrel with neutral gun grease
