"PCWCP-Alpha" (Punisher Combat Winter Constant Pants Polartec Alpha/P.Fill) is an outer layer complex. It consists of pants and removable insulation liner. It's developed for active us during cold period, but can be worn in the extreme cold with the liner attached.

"PCWCP-Alpha" is made of the top-of-the-line materials, that are used in US ARMY ECWCS GEN III and US SOCOM PCU clothing kits.
Top protective layer is made of AVENGER™ weather-resistant fabric by BROOKWOOD®.
The insulation is Polartec Alpha. Lightweight and breathable Polartec Alpha was developed on US SOCOM demand for insulation that should work in any situation - patrol or firefight - and in any environment. Its design allows to stay warm during the most intense activity, but prevents user from overheating, maintaining the comfortbale body temperature and moisuture level.
Lining insulation is Polartec Power Fill. Polartec® Power Fill™ is a soft and pliable matrix of spun polyester yarns engineered with a distinct fiber geometry. This matrix forms thousands of small air pockets that continuously capture and contain body heat, while maintaining a resilient, equalized thermal layer between the colder air on the outside and the warmer temperatures inside. The polyester fiber's inherent hydrophobic properties also work to ensure that Polartec® Power Fill™ resists moisture absorption and dries quickly, while maintaining a high warmth to weight ratio.
Lining - nylon 6.6.
The cut of Punisher Combat Winter Constant Pants Polartec Alpha/P.Fill is free, so it can be easily worn over combat pants, underwear, etc. There are two volumous zipped side pockets. The zippers have pullers to make operation in the gloves easier. Inside these pockets there are meshed sections(pockets) for better organization. Main pockets have water drainage holes.
Waist of the pants is wide and has some elasticity. Has five belt loops, that can be adjusted with Velcro. Trousers fasten with multiple zippers and Velcro (in 3 points). There are zippers on the bottom and upper sides, so you can take the pants on and off without taking the boots off. It saves time, warmth and is crucial in the combat conditions. Bottom cuffs of the pants are adjustable by Velcro.
Additional insulation lining is attached with buttons. Buttons are only on the waist area, so lining can be quickly attached or removed. The length of the lining goes down to the middle of the calf and does not cover the lower part of the leg. This is done on purpose - do not interfere with boots and do not create useless volume, where it is not necessary.
"PCWCP-Alpha" also come with elastic suspenders. Construction and attachment points are designed to give the ability to get lining on or off without taking suspenders off.
