AMCS-P (All-weather Military Climbing Suit – Pants) all-weather field trousers are designed for different activities: urban usage, mountain hiking, military duty as well as field conditions. And they can be used practically throughout the whole calendar year, both by military mountain-infantry and special forces, and by professional climbers, climbers, travelers.
In AMCS-P trousers, we use the new Dynamic Flex Series (DFS) system, which makes it possible to use pants as comfortable as possible in the city and in mountainous conditions. DFS-includes two basic indicators: a special cut and material.
In the trouser modeling, a unique seamless cut of the back of the trousers and a special adjustable fixation system of the middle part of the pants in the shin area were used. Together, this creates complete freedom of movement when loads arise when climbing and traveling on steep slopes. Does not cause tension in the trousers at the seams and leaves the knee area without loads of tension-related tissue.
The base material used in the trousers of the all-season "AMCS-P" is the wind and waterproof material AVENGER ™ from BROOKWOOD® (USA). This material is produced in the United States and is used by the United States Armed Forces (Mil-Spec-PD-06-04).
The cut "AMCS-P" is anatomical, all the seams in the places most abrasion-prone are removed or mixed. The belt has rubberized inserts that increase comfort when wearing trousers, and also allow you to wear them without using the trouser belt. Seven slugs enable the use of trouser belts up to a width of 4.5 cm. On the front right loops, a polyamide D-ring is fixed, for fastening carbines, retractors and other equipment. The belt closes on the metal button. The rear part is reinforced with an additional layer of the main material AVENGER ™.
The All-weather Military Climbing Suit-Pants design includes two recessed trouser pockets, two slotted rear pockets that are closed on the Velcro, and two large overhead, side pockets. Side pockets are closed with a Velcro valve. The interior space of the side pockets is additionally regulated by two pockets, which are made of polyamide mesh. Lightning in the front, side pockets, opens access to another hidden underframe, as well as in the open position provides additional ventilation. Lightning in the back, patch pockets, is responsible only for the ventilation of trousers in the hot season, or in a tropical and equatorial climate.
The knee zone, in front of its part, has recesses to provide maximum comfort when working at a low and medium level, and reinforced with layers of the main material. The back part of the knee zone contains a system of tightenings, which makes it possible to tighten the leg, and fix the knee area of the trousers, to the correct position "on the knee". Adjustment and fixing is done with a polyamide cord (paracord) and a lock. In the case of the need for this adjustment system, it is freely extracted, without compromising the integrity of the design of the trousers. It is one of the main parts of the Dynamic Flex Series (DFS) system.
In the lower part of the pants, along the perimeter, a tightener is passed, to adjust the lower volume. The inner part of the pants, in the zone of greatest abrasion, reinforced with a layer of basic material.
